<p>PURPOSE:To improve connection reliability of an inner electrode by easily and effectively connecting the electrode and externally leading it, and to improve production efficiency by simplifying steps of manufacturing an electronic component. CONSTITUTION:A laminate 10 of an electronic material layer 2 and an inner electrode 1 is pressed by using a pressing member 5 having a flank 4, parts of the layer 2 and the electrode 1 protrude from the flank 4, a protruding part 10a is removed to expose the electrode 1 from the surface of the laminate 10, and the exposed part of the electrode 1 is connected through a conductive material 6.</p> |
