PURPOSE:To prevent a metal foil of the lower face and an apparatus such as carrying rolls from stain caused by a resin soln. run off from an impregnated base material laminate during carrying in a wet and continuous method for manufacture of the title laminated sheet. CONSTITUTION:A metal foil being wider than a metal foil 9 of the upper face is laminated as a metal foil 8 of the lower face. A resin soln. run off from an impregnated base material 20 either remains on a protruded part of the metal foil 8 or reaches only a little distance from the edge even if it spreads to the rear face of the metal foil 8 and as the part is a part to be cut when trimming is performed after curing, no defective article is produced.
