A nailing machine comprises riveting devices 11 moved along the edge of a shoe to drive in the nails in sequence. Each device 11 comprises an opening 16 for exiting of the preselected nail, arriving from magazines along a conduit 17. In front of the conduit 17 there are placed gripping elements 18, 19 having inclined surfaces, in front of the conduit 17, to support the tip of a nail of a first large diameter. On surfaces facing the elements 18, 19 there are guide grooves receiving the shank of a nail of smaller diameter. In this way, the device 11 is able to guide and properly drive, by the pushing of a piston 24, both nails of small diameter and nails of large diameter. <IMAGE> |
