PURPOSE: To allow light that should be transmitted to pass through a blade plate member being buried into a sheet, and to support light that should be weakened by a matrix material at an angle where the light is reflected, scattered, and absorbed by the blade plate member. CONSTITUTION: To allow the angle of a blade plate member 12 to correspond to an optimum angle Wa of the sun in winter, a glazing panel 10 is mounted onto the ground Ep at an angle of Aa for allowing sunlight to pass to the maximum. A required equal interval S of the blade plate member 12 is set by calculation according to height Bh of a fixed blade along the plane of the panel, an angle W of the sun in winter, and the maximum angle (cut-off angle) Ca of the sun where sunlight can pass prior to manufacture. An angle Sa of the sun in summer is constantly larger than the cut-off angle, thus preventing direct sunlight from passing through the panel in summer. |
