<p>A method for the manufacture of a non-evaporable getter device having an electrophoretically deposited electrically insulated heater and support lead wires. To avoid the production of loose particles or short circuits each support lead wire is encircled by a hollow insulating cylinder whose surfaces are partially covered by the electrophoretically deposited heater insulation thus providing a reinforced insulated heater getter device.</p> |
