PURPOSE:To prevent hydration reaction by forming a coating film on a surface of a refractory raw material or a refractory brick containing free lime. CONSTITUTION:A coating material essentially consisting of a polyisocyanate is applied to form a coating film on a refractory raw material or a refractory brick containing free lime. By this method, hydration reaction is perfectly prevented, and the storage for long period or the production for the refractory raw material or the refractory brick containing free lime is enabled even in the summertime remarkably occurring hydration reaction. |
