PURPOSE:To obtain a cement admixture and cement composition capable of constructing concrete or a mortar structure having excellent waterproof properties and high durability. CONSTITUTION:A cement admixture is obtained by mixing alkoxysilanes shown in a general formula (A)R<1>nSi(OR<2>)4-n...(A) with the powdery or short fibrous inorganic material. Cement composition is obtained by mixing cement with this cement admixture. The rate of the cement admixture is regulated to 0.1-30 pts.wt. for 100 pts.wt. cement.
