PURPOSE:To execute writing operation having the same name of document as a preservative document as needed in the document preparing device equipped with a writing protection function. CONSTITUTION:Under the control of a document management part 13, the writing protection is set to preservative objective document data by inputting a password to be stored in an auxiliary storage part 17 as well as the name of the document. When the document preservation is instructed by the name of the document stored in this auxiliary storage part 17, the input of the password is instructed and the document preservation is permitted when the password is inputted. |
