PURPOSE:To obtain structure where incident stray light to a focus error detecting part is reduced in an optical head provided in an optical disk device reproducing and recording data. CONSTITUTION:The light beam transmitting faces (c) and (d) of a beam spritter 12 for a signal and the beam spritter 11 for a servo which are arranged in an optical path D guiding a laser beam reflected by the optical disk to a detector assembly 8 for a focus are made to be slight slopes which are not orthogonally crossed with the laser beam. The light beam transmitting faces (c) and (d) are the slopes which incline upward to the downstream of the optical path D. When the laser beam reflected by the optical disk is guided to the detector assembly for the focus 8 through the optical path D, almost all the laser beams reflected by the surfaces (laser beam transmitting face (c)) of the beam spritter for the signal 12 and the beam spritter for the servo 11 are guided to the light shielding face of a knife-edge 17. |
