PURPOSE:To impart excellent damping capacity, high rigidity, strength and heat insulating properties to a panel over a wide temp. range so as to follow the uneven surface of the panel in the structure bonded to the vibration substrate such as the floor panel of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A lower layer sheet composed of a semi-gelled sheet formed from a composition consisting of a liquid epoxy resin, a coreactive curing agent, a foaming agent, a surfactant and a rubber elastomer or a thermoplastic resin, a damping intermediate sheet composed of a viscoelastic material and an upper layer sheet composed of a restricting material restricting the deformation of the intermediate sheet are placed on a panel uneven steel plate shown by Fig 1 and integrally welded to said steel plate in a heat-drying process of panel painting while foamed. |
