<p>PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of anti-tracking characteristic and maintain excellent insulating performance for a long period of time by preventing deposition of salt on the surface of a spacer using an insulator made of high molecular polymer. CONSTITUTION:Covers 24, 25, 26, which cover at least one or more surfaces of insulators 13, 13B made of high molecular polymer in the longitudinal direction thereof, are installed on a spacer 11 utilizing the insulators 13A, 13B made of high molecular polymer. Each of the covers 24, 25, 26 is made of silicone rubber, fluorine rubber, ethylenepropylene rubber and other polymer materials and these covers are installed previously on an umbrella part 16 before hollow flanges 17A1, 17A2, 17B1, 17B2 are compressively connected with pressure to both end portions of a rod. After the compression, the covers are located in the predetermined position and are then fixed thereto with a bonding agent.</p> |
