PURPOSE:To realize the high frequency hybrid integrated circuit in which a characteristic of a signal line is made stable and its resonance circuit is made small. CONSTITUTION:A signal line circuit of the high frequency hybrid integrated circuit in which the signal line circuit and a resonance circuit are made of a dielectric tri-plate strip line is formed in a dielectric board whose dielectric constant is less than 20, the resonance circuit is formed in a dielectric board whose dielectric constant is more than 20 and the board on which the signal line circuit and the resonance circuit are formed is separated by a ground conductor and the multi-layer dielectric board is integrated.
