PURPOSE:To obtain an electrode pattern shape, in which there are few soldering positions and which has simple structure, by bonding two or more of electrodes in an oscillation element formed to a piezoelectric element by the pattern on the piezoelectric element. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 1-a, 1-b, 1-c, 1-d as oscillation elements are coupled by an electrode pattern 2-a, and AC voltage at the same potential in the same phase can be applied simultaneously to these electrodes. These electrodes are called and electrode A. Electrodes 1-e, 1-f, 1-g, 1-h are also bonded by an electrode pattern 2-b, and AC voltage at the same potential in the same phase can also simultaneously be applied to these electrodes. These electrodes are called an electrode B. Electrodes 1-i, 1-j, 1-k, 1-l are also coupled by an electrode pattern 2-c, and AC voltage at the same potential in the same phase can also simultaneously be applied to these electrodes. These electrodes are called an electrode C. The signs of plus and minus represent the directions of polarization of each oscillation element. The oscillation elements are divided by each electrode. |
