PURPOSE: To separate a polymer with high resolution. CONSTITUTION: In a get type 28 comprising a bottom plate 30, a gasket 32, two end plates 36, and four gap forming unit 38, the gasket 32 is arranged around the outer edge of the bottom plate 30 and the thickness of the gel is determined by the thickness of the gasket 32. A butter chamber 50 is secured to the opposite ends of the gel type 28 by means of clamps 52. A screw 54 is driven vertically through each clamp. Each buffer chamber 50 is fixed with an electrode holder 56 into which an adjustable screw 58 is driven in order to secure and adjust a carbon electrode 60. |
