RIGID STRUCTURE FOR VEHICLE

摘要

PURPOSE:To impart high rigidity, strength and heat insulating properties to a panel over a wide temp. range so as to follow the uneven surface of the panel in the structure bonded to the vibration substrate such as the floor panel of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A semi-gelled sheet formed from a composition consisting of a liquid epoxy resin, a coreactive curing agent, a foaming agent and a rubber elastomer or a thermoplastic resin is placed on a panel uneven steel plate shown by Fig 1 along with an elastic and rigid upper layer resin sheet and the whole is integrally welded in a heat drying process of panel painting and foamed.
