PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING TEXTURED POLYESTER YARN

摘要

The method air-interlaces polyester semi-drawn yarn of waterless shrinkage rate 3-15 %, heat-treated previously by dry-heat of 80-150 deg.C with feed rte -2-8 % before interlacing process, and polyester drawn yarn of waterless shrinkage rae 20-45 %. The polyester textured yarn made by this method features rich bulkiness by utilizing unique heat-shrinkage property of polyester semi-drawn yarn. The process also ensures high-productivity and cost down effect during spinning, weaving and dyeing process.
