A process for preparing Woowhangchungshimwon soln. comprises (a) extracting Jinseng, Heolen, Scutellaria, Armeniaca, Cnidii, etc. with a nonpolar solvent, (b) extracting the obtd. residue with a water soluble organic solvent, (c) mixing (a) and (b), and adding purified water which contg. an antioxidant, a nonionic surfactant and cyclodextrin stabilizer, (d) mixing the obtd. soln. with Yongnoi and Musk extracts which are extracted with a water soluble organic solvent, (e) adjusting the pH to 3.5-6.5, removing the ppte., and centrifuging the soln., and (f) mixing the soln. with Benzoar bovis-dispersed purified water.
