摘要 A process for preparing a soft capsule membrane comprises (a) mixing gelatin, glycerin and purifyed water, swelling the mixture, and dissolving it at 60-70 deg.C, (b) adding 70-325 mesh of egg shell, (c) agitating it for 20-30 mins. and removing air, and (d) molding it. The egg shell is pretreated in an alkali soln. to remove egg shell membrane. Pref. the weight ratio of the egg shell powder to gelatin is 1-30 wt.%.
