This device comprises a first tube-sealing plug element (52), a second element (56) and an immobilising dish part (58) located in a hole (68) in the first element and provided with an external screw thread (108) including a wavy (undulating) part (110) for resisting the screwing of the dish part (58) into the first element and its unscrewing therefrom. One, out of the second element and the immobilising dish part (58), includes a recess (76) so that it can receive a deformable part (98, 104) of the other of this second element and this immobilising dish part. The metal-metal contact between an external diametral surface (107) of the dish part (58) and a face (69) of the casing (52), and the metal-metal contact of a conical part (93) of the screw and a conical part (122) of the dish part (58) render a chamber (70) leaktight.
