PURPOSE:To save energy and save resources by a system wherein an apparatus to convert garbage into slurry is installed in each house, the raw garbage converted into slurry is gathered in a centralized treatment site in the area, the solid components are used as a fertilizer, and water is treated as wastewater and returned to a public sewage facility. CONSTITUTION:Garbage produced in each house is converted into fluidal slurry by an apparatus 1 which converts garbage into slurry and is installed in each house, sent to a common central solid-liquid separating apparatus 3 by an oil tank pipe 2, and here water and solid components are separated each other. The separated solid components are sent to a fermentation tank 5 from a solid component outlet 4 by a conveying means 4a to be fermented and converted into a fertilizer 8 and it is returned to farm land and recycl. Meanwhile the water separated from the solid components is sent to a wastewater treatment apparatus 7 through a pipeline 6a and treated to give treated water 10 clean enough to able to be discharged to a public sewage facility. After that, the treated water 10 is sent to a sewage treatment site 11 through a sewage pipeline 11a, and together with natural water, the water after wastewater treatment is cleaned at water purification plant 21 and recycled as clean water 17. |
