PURPOSE:To smoothly mesh gears for transmitting power from an engine to a propeller by releasing the warming-up state of the engine at the time of the opening of a throttle valve becoming the specified value in the warming-up state of the engine, thereby performing shift operation after the release of the warming-up state. CONSTITUTION:A control lever 31 oscillatingly installed at the body 32 of a control means 3 is operated to select a shift in the movement of a hull through cables 41, 42 and to adjust the opening of a throttle valve 219. When a free throttle lever 33 is operated in the warming-up state of an engine 21, only a wire 41 is pulled, so that the opening of the throttle valve 219 becomes large to increase the rotating speed of the engine 21. When the opening of the throttle valve 219 is then detected to be the specified value by a sensor 220, the warming-up state of the engine 21 is released by a warming-up releasing means W through an engine control part C. |
