<p>PURPOSE:To avoid the erroneous collection of a rate by making the working operation of a connection equipment be invalid when the connection equipment is non-contact with a power source. CONSTITUTION:It is judged that the power is supplied to a card-type timer 1, current is detected in an ammeter 18 and a plug receptacle 11 is connected with a plug 8, then, the connection state is stored. The data is read when the card is inserted and writing for the usage improper of the card is executed when the card is usage possible. That is, it is checked whether the card is a normal one or not, the remain of the rate exists or not and the usage improper processing of the card is written or not so as to discharge the card at the time of usage improper. When a user who inserts the card executes an appropriate operation input by the switch of an operating part 4, energizing operation appropriately starts in accordance with operation contents, the timer starts working and remaining time is displayed at the time of storing the connection state.</p> |
