PURPOSE:To eliminate the fabric bonding process and save a bonding agent by integrally molding a skin material and an ornament fabric with a door trimming base in the fused shape at the time of molding in the base molding process. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 26 is molded into the given door trim shape by forming a fitting channel on the four sides of an ornamented section by means of a vacuum mold, and a notch 36 is opened in the given window shape on the ornamented section. Further, the skin material 36 is vacuumized and set in the state of adding and setting an ornament fabric 25 along an ornament molded face 40 of a molding top force 38 of a base mold 37. Further, the ornament fabric 25 is integrally molded with a door trimming base 46 through the skin material 26 and the notch 36 by injecting molten resin of the door trimming base 46 into a molding bottom force 43 and pressure clamping the molding top force 38. |
