PURPOSE:To increase the reliability by reducing the thrusting wiring of wires, and to improve the productivity by reducing the wiring time, when the wires are connected and extended between junction circuit plates, as to the manufacture of a flat wire harness. CONSTITUTION:The wiring is carried out in the following procedure: 1) As to a specific junction circuit plate whose disposition can be changed, in plural junction circuit plates, the wires 203 to 207 connected to plural junction bars of the specific junction circuit plate are divided to a wire group at the junction circuit plate 1713 neighboring to the left side of the specific junction circuit plate and a wire group at the junction circuit plate 1715 neighboring to the right side. 2) The left side wire group and the right side wire group are given the order from the shorter distance to the connecting object respectively. 3) As to the left side wire group, the connecting objects of the wires are positioned in order from the shorter wire to the longer wire from the left side of the junction bar at a circuit base in order, and as to the right side wire group, the connecting objects are positioned in order from the shorter wire to the longer wire from the right side of the junction bar in order, and they are connected. |
