<p>PURPOSE: To optionally choose a specified control motion based on user's detection or another control motion unrelated to the above detection by providing an optical sensor and an electric switch in a manually operation handle. CONSTITUTION: This fitting detects a user through an optical aperture 8 of the left handle 6 of the body 1 and controls an electric valve in accordance with electrical signals. When the handle 6 is turned to three operating positions, the electronic device 11 is set to the operation mode based on a lead contact signal to make it possible to select necessary functions such as non-contact detection of a user in front of the aperture 8 or continuous discharge of water out of a rotatable opening 3 unrelated thereto, etc., when the aperture 8 is operated so as to turn down, reflection from the surface of water is detected, and the electronic device 11 stops water discharge when the water level reaches a specified level. The mechanical opening/closing operation is executed by the right handle 7.</p> |
