PURPOSE:To maintain the finished quality of a cut hole to a fixed level regardless of the degree of a worker's skill by inhibiting the generation of errors in the location of the cut hole and its dimensions. CONSTITUTION:A case 1 builds-in a junction terminal for electrically connecting a round electrical wire wired in an under floor material to a flat electrical wire wired between a floor surface material spread on the surface of the under floor material and the under floor material. In the case 1, its lower portion is fixed to the under floor material; its upper portion is exposed through the cut hole formed in the floor surface material. There is provided a template 5 having an opened window 5a with a shape agreed with the cut hole. A pressure sensitive adhesive stuck on the lower surface of the floor surface material is applied to the upper surface of the template 5.
