PURPOSE:To obtain a work counting device which correctly counts the quantity of work through a picture processing so as to output the information to a production controlling system. CONSTITUTION:A binarizing means A picture-inputting the work 2 inside a production flow cassette 1 by a TV camera 4 and binarizing a picture signal by a threshold, a picture storing means B storing the binarized signal in a memory, a means C executing a projection-integration to picture information stored in the picture storing means B in the horizontal direction, a counting means D counting the quantity of work 2 inside the cassette 1 based on data projection-integrated and a data output means E outputting data obtained by the counting means D to an external part. |
