PURPOSE:To obtain a parallel/serial converting system, which can be realized with simple structure, with high flexibility concerning the parallel/serial converting system. CONSTITUTION:In the parallel/serial converting system to convert inputted parallel data to the serial data of a different code system or format, a memory 1 is provided to store the serial data in a direction where the address of the memory is changed, a counter 2 is provided in charge of a part of an address input to the memory 1 at least and by energizing the counting operation of a counter 2 with the input of parallel data IP0-IPn to the address input of the memory 1, serial data OS0-OSn are taken out from the data output of the memory 1. |
