PURPOSE:To secure the balance among plural static reactive power compensators SVC by operating the current deviation to another SVC for compensation of the output and making an operating current follow a master SVC. CONSTITUTION:A current detection circuit 81 converts the output of a current transformer 3-1, i.e., the current of a master SVC into the effective value. An adder 82 detects the difference between the current of the master SVC and the current of a slave SVC (the output of current detection circuit 44). An arithmetic circuit 83 operates the current of the slave SVC so as to make this current follow the current of the master SVC. As a result, the output of the circuit 44 of the slave SVC is corrected by an adder circuit 84. In addition, the operating current of the slave SVC is corrected so as to make this current follow the current of the master SVC owing to the change of the control phase of a thyristor control reactor 6-2. That is, the operating current of a slave SVC can follow the current of a master SVC when both SVCs are set on the same bus of a power system. Thus a cooperative operation is secured between both SVCs. |
