PURPOSE:To prevent a compressor from being deteriorated in performance and being corroded due to dust or the like adhering to the rotating impeller of the compressor, utilizing compressed air at the final stage of the compressor as a pressurizing source in a system which jets cleaning liquid. CONSTITUTION:A self-pressure type impeller cleaning system is provided with a cleaning liquid tank 17, piping for feeding cleaning liquid to it, piping for feeding air for pressurizing process from the final stage of a compressor 18, piping for feeding cleaning water to the casings at respective stages of the compressor 18 from the tank 17, and valves 11-15 for controlling fluid in these piping. |
