PURPOSE:To obtain a voice telephone number easily heard by storing plural voice data with a different accent and outputting a voice signal with a different accent depending on an output digit. CONSTITUTION:An output digit discrimination circuit 104 discriminates a numeral digit or a delimiter digit for a toll station number, a station number and an individual number. Moreover, an accent selection circuit 105 designates a voice data depending on an odd number digit or an even number digit. Which of numeral voice data having plural accents is to be read from a voice data memory 108 is decided based on an output of the discrimination circuit 104, the selection circuit 105 selects the data and the result is outputted from a speaker 114 through a voice synthesis circuit 112. Thus, a voice output with a different accent depending on an output digit is obtained. |
