<p>PURPOSE:To prolong the monitoring and recording time per tape by permitting the intermittent recording start signal from the timer only when the detection condition exists, using the monitoring object detector. CONSTITUTION:A monitoring object detector 4 supplies a significant signal to the first input terminal of an AND circuit 5 only when the monitoring object exists. The start signal for intermittent recording is outputted from a timer 2 every interval which is preliminarily set (for instance, per second) and is supplied to the second input terminal of the AND circuit 5. Therefore, only when the first input signal of the AND circuit 5 is significant, that is, only when the monitoring object exists, the start signal to be supplied to the second input terminal is permitted and is to be supplied to an intermittent recording VTR3. Thus, only when the monitoring object exists, the intermittent recording is performed.</p> |
