PURPOSE:To automatically check the contents of data concerning a computer program to interactively support the test of a program. CONSTITUTION:The automatic data value check system is for a debugger equipped with a source program analyzing means 1 to analyze a source program 4 describing the value of a parameter in the source program as a comment, to detect a point where the value is set to the parameter and to prepare a table specification data base 7 and an object program 5 and an automatic table check means 3 to automatically check the value of the parameter at the point, where the value is set to the parameter, while referring to the table specification data base 7 by loading a load module 6 linking the object program 5. Therefore, by automatically checking the value when setting the value, there is the effect of efficiently executing the test of a user program. |
