<p>PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method of sheet material, which is used for building or the like and on the surface of which stripe-like metal vapor deposits are formed longitudinally at the intervals of 15mm or less for giving heat insulating effect to the sheet material. CONSTITUTION:Sheet material 11, onto which metal vapor deposit is formed, is longitudinally cut with a plurality of cutting blades 12, which are separated from one another at the predetermined intervals and, after that, the intervals between the cut sheet materials 11 are regulated by passing the cut sheet materials 11 through a curved expander roll 16 so as to feed the sheet materials 11. between a nip roll 19 and a cooling roll 20 in order to laminate molten resin extruded from an extrusion T-die 22 on the metal vapor deposit side of the sheet materials and, at the same time, laminate reinforcing material sheet 5 fed separately to the metal vapor deposit side of the sheet materials 11 through the molten resin.</p> |
