PURPOSE:To prevent abrasion, scuffing, seizure, and noise between a control member and a rotating shaft from occurring by pressure-inserting a ring-shaped protruding part which is integratedly provided on the rotor side surface of one race of a thrust bearing into a shaft through hole in a control member, and setting the inner peripheral surfaces of the thrust bearing and the ring-shaped protruding part from the outer peripheral surface of a rotating shaft so as not to come into contact with each other. CONSTITUTION:A radial bearing 9 and a thrust bearing 43 are installed on the inner periphery of a ring-shaped body 45 which is made of iron and is cast into the through hole 41 of a rear side block 4. A ring-shaped protruding part 48 which is integratedly provided at the rotor side surface of one race 46 of the thrust bearing 43 is pressure-inserted into a shaft through hole 24b of a control member 24, and the outer peripheral surface of the race 46 may slide on the inner peripheral surface of the ring-formed body 45, and then the respective inner peripheral surfaces of the thrust bearing 43 and the ring-shaped protruding part 48 may not come into contact with the outer peripheral surface of a rotating shaft 7. Therefore, the inner peripheral surfaces of the ring-shaped protruding part 48 and the thrust bearing 43 may not come into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft 7 all the time, so a radial bearing clearance does not almost vary even if the ring-shaped body 45 and a radial bearing are thermal-expanded.
