Headset with oriented hearing particularly including a head band (1) of adjustable length, and two shells (8) or (9) intended to cover the ears of the user, characterised in that each shell (8) or (9) has a hearing aperture on the surface which is adjustable and is mounted movable in rotation on itself, on a circular support (6) or (7) integral with one end of the head band (1) and mounted so as to be able to be oriented and immobilised on the said circular support according to a defined angular orientation.
