PURPOSE:To improve heat insulating properties, adhesivity and lightweight properties by blending specific amounts of a hydraulic cement of a binding material and an inorganic lightweight aggregate, etc. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic cement (A) selected from Portland cement is obtained. Then an inorganic lightweight aggregate (B) having 0.05-0.8 specific gravity, 0.3-3.3 mm particle diameter and 50wt.% coarse aggregate ratio selected from silas balloon, etc., is obtained. Then low viscosity-building thickening agent (C) having <=1,000cps viscosity of 2wt.% aqueous solution at 20 deg.C by BM type viscometer at 30rpm is obtained by combining guar gum, etc. Then, a foaming agent (D) having desired foaming power selected from anion surfactant, etc., is obtained. Then 15-60wt.% component A is blended with 10-68wt.% component B, 1-14wt.% component C and 0.05-3wt.% component D, stirred and mixed in 100wt.% total composition to give a heat following fire-resisting coating compound. |
