A door comprises a number of jointed elements formed of an inner wall (7) and an outer wall (8) supported against each other by flanges (5). Ribs (6) on the flanges (5) form stops between which a box-shaped dividing unit (2) can be inserted. The dividing unit (2) creates several separate chambers (3,4) between the outer walls (7,8). Both flanges (5) and dividing elements (2) are formed of acrylic polymer. USE/ADVANTAGE - The door is suitable for larger doorways and has improved heat insulation.
