<p>PURPOSE:To enable a wall thickness of a tape sliding portion to be constant and the wall thickness to be adjusted to a desired value by forming an Al compound material by inserting an Al extrusion bar into an Al extrusion pipe and then forming the tape sliding portion and a drum main body portion in one piece. CONSTITUTION:After an inner surface of an Al extrusion pipe 12 with a coating thickness exceeding 2mm which is produced by using an Al group alloy powder and an outer surface of an Al extrusion bar 14 which is produced by the dissolution casting method are degreased and washed, the protrusion bar 14 is inserted into the protrusion pipe 12, thus forming an Al compound material. Then, after the Al compound material is subjected to skin path extraction and expansion, it is cut to a specified length, thus forming a casting material 10. Then, the material 10 is forged by a reduction of 20-90%, thus forming a tape sliding portion 20 consisting of the extrusion pipe 12 and a drum main body portion 22 consisting of the extrusion bar 14 in one piece. Therefore, the wall thickness of the extrusion pipe 12 constituting the tape sliding portion can be controlled properly, thus enabling it to be possible to cope with a variety of products and quality to be stable.</p> |
