Meat mincer - has structured passage for hard pieces to prevent clogging and stoppage

The outlet tube of a meat mincer has at least two sections (25,32) which are on the same axis and rotate in relation to each other. Each has at least one axial drilling (36,37) through a lateral wall (34,35) for the hard pieces. The passage openings (36,37) in the lateral walls (34,35) of both tube sections (25,32) are pref. identical in their radial location, size and shape. The lateral walls (34,35) of both rotating tube sections (25,32) are brought together. The lateral wall (34) next to the disc (18) with the fine holes and the support ring (27) is chamfered to form a cone in the direction of travel by the hard pieces. The outlet tube (32) rotates in the support ring (27) and its lateral wall (35) has only one opening passage (37) for the hard pieces. ADVANTAGE - The machine gives an effective mincing action on the meat, without blockages through hard pieces which could clog the openings for the minced softer meat.
