PURPOSE: To decrease archfact in a reversely projected image generated by respiration of a patient by a method wherein image data obtd. by an X-ray CT are weighted and reconstituting an image from the image data weighted by using a reverse projection technology. CONSTITUTION: Flow of a program performed by means of an X-ray CT scanner is as follows. In a process 77, the X-ray scanner obtains projection data from a series of views during scanning of the breast part of a patient and performs a pretreatment. In a process 78, movement of the breast part of the patient caused by respiration during scanning is detected to obtain a parameter. In a process 79, a movement factor is calculated by using this obtd. movement parameter with a geometrical model of the movement of the breast part. In processes 80 and 81, the projected data are corrected by weighting and in a process 82, these projection data are reversely projected. In an image 91 prepd. by these, archfact can be decreased.
