PURPOSE:To produce an enlarging pressure distribution suitable for several conditions of the shape of a pipe sleeve and the structure thereof, in a plurality of rubber-like ring segments as enlarging embers in a hose inner cylinder enlarging member. CONSTITUTION:Ring-like segments 4 having a suitable combination of characteristics of segments which are made of a tough rubber material are subjected to compression and slide motion by moving a PEF core metal 1 in the enlarging pressure forming tool in the directions of the arrows so as to effect an enlarging pressure distribution having a suitable pattern in a hose inner cylinder fixture 6 so as to enlarge and fasten the sleeve.
