Automatic load matching method for refrigeration expansion valve - using setting screw to adjust pressure of valve regulating spring

The automatic load matching uses automatic adjustment of the pressure (P3) of the regulating spring spring for the valve, using a setting screw, or a regulating cylinder (G'') with an axially displaced setting piston (M''). Pref. the output of the evaporator is coupled to a hollow cylinder (H'') filled with a liquified gas, which is brought to a required temp. for increasing the internal pressure via an integrated heating capsule (J). The temp. of the suction gases at the output of the evaporator are pref. indicated via a liquid crystal display for the regulating device (K). ADVANTAGE - Allows exact adjustment of expansion valve.
