The combined unit extracts and stores ground heat and water, and comprises vertical pipes inserted in the ground with pumps, filters etc. It comprises a central pipe (1) with filter pipe (6) at the bottom, together with a baseplate (7) fixed to it above the filter pipe. Further pipes (2, 3, 4) resistant to water pressure and enclosing the central pipe are fixed to the baseplate at set intervals, and distance-pieces (20) evenly spaced round the periphery of first pipes (1, 3) secure second ones (2, 4 in position, and there is insulating material between pipes (2, 3), at the bottom of which there are ports (21). Above these ports the insulating material is sealed off by a plate (19) resistant to water pressure. USE/ADVANTAGE - Easy installation and repair, and storage device simultaneously provides heat and hot and/or cold water.
