The temp. control device comprises a function selector (27) for selecting sleeping, outing, and hot water supplying function, a transmitter (2) made of a signal converter (26) for generating rectangular pulse signal according to the function selecting switches (21)(22)(23) of the selector, and a controller (12). The controller performs the sleeping temp. control function in accordance with the transmitter, and the outing temp. control function to raise the room temp. in short time. The signal from the signal converter is inputted to a micro computer (17) in the controller through a signal discriminator (12) to perform the sleeping and outing function control.
