PURPOSE:To vary and set the values of many kinds of parameters regardless of modes only by providing a small number of parameter value varying means such as dials. CONSTITUTION:When the decision result of a step D2 becomes YES by operating one of dials No.1-No.8 in 8-DIAL mode, a value A(x) is varied corresponding to the value of the operated dial X and then the name of a musical sound parameter corresponding to the value A(x) is then displayed (step D4) on an LCD display part. In this 8-DIAL mode, the kinds of the musical sound parameters corresponding to the dials No.1-No.8 are displayed and altered through the dial operation and when one dial is operated in following PLAY mode, the value of the musical sound parameter corresponding to the operated dial is varied and set. |
