SINTERED OIL-CONTAINING BEARING FOR SMALL FAN

PURPOSE:To eliminate noises caused by a bearing and reduce noises of a small fan by forming a bearing hole which has a specified diameter as a polished- surface prepared by a rotational sizing pin made of tungsten carbide base hard alloy whose sizing surface has a specified surface roughness. CONSTITUTION:A sintered oil containing bearing for a small fan is prepared by inserting a sizing pin into a bearing hole of a bearing material for sizing. Oil impregnation is performed on an oilless one. A diameter of the bearing hole is ranged between 0.5 and 5mm. The bearing hole is formed as a polished surface by means of the rotational sizing pin 1 which is made of tungsten carbide base hard alloy having a sizing surface 1a provided with surface roughness of 0.1 to 1S. The sizing pin 1 is installed on a holding part 2, while cutouts 1b are formed on the sizing surface 1a along the longitudinal direction with equal intervals. Noises caused by a bearing surface are eliminated, and thereby noises of the small fan are reduced.
