PURPOSE:To produce a product by mold clamping and mold opening of one time and to enhance productivity by parallel providing two slide molds having a female mold and a male mold and forming the half bodies by the respective slide molds and thereafter moving the slide molds to a second position to join both half bodies. CONSTITUTION:In the case of setting both slide molds 22 in a first mold clamping position and advancing a movable mold 20, the female and male mold parts 202, 201 of the movable mold 20 are mold-matched with the male and female mold parts 221, 222 of one side of slide mold 22 to form a cavity having the shape of a half body W. Further in the other side of slide mold 22, the male mold part 201 is mold-matched with the female mold part 221 to mate the right and left half bodies W. In this stare, molten resin is introduced into the cavity of one side of slide mold 22 from a nozzle to form the right and left half bodies W. Together therewith, molten resin is introduced into the cavity of the other side of slide mold 22. The mating parts of the right and left half bodies W are joined to produce a hollow product. Thereafter the respective slide molds 22 are moved to a second mold clamping position to perform molding reverse to the above-mentioned method. |
