The fixing is in two parts. The first part is pref. formed from zinc-plated sheet metal, and is screwed or bolted (3) to a roof rafter (1). A number of holes (6) are available to allow for adjustment. The second part (4) is bolted (5) and projects proud of the pan tiles and provides a fixing area for the solar panel etc. USE/ADVANTAGE - Simple fixing for attaching solar panels to pantiled roof.
