PURPOSE:To provide a directional antenna to receive only infrared ray radiated from a specified direction and detecting it by a sensor. CONSTITUTION:An infrared ray reflection material 5 is applied or installed on a light conductive body 1 comprising a transparent or semi-transparent rectangular plate material except for light incidental surfaces 1b, 1c, formed across longer side one end surface 1b of the rectangle and its longer ridge line to an adjacent surface part 1c and a light collecting part 2 is provided in the optically conductive body 1 to collect, in one direction infrared rays incidental from the light incident surfaces 1b, 1c. A window is opned in the reflection material 5 in the advancing direction of the infrared rays reflected by the light collecting part 2 to form a light receiving part 3, and an infrared ray sensor 4 is disposed at the light receiving part 3 to detect the incident infrared ray. |
